Common use
Tadalista is prescribed in men with problems to get and keep erection, it acts only with sexually stimulation.
The medication is Phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor drug. The medication relaxes blood vessels in the penis to

allowing the blood to flow in the penis.
Dosage and direction
Tadalista should be taken about half an hour before beginning of any sexual activity. Take it orally and
swallow
with water with or without a meal. Medication becomes effective within 30 minutes after its intake and lasts up to
36
hours.
Precautions
The medication is not meant to be used in women and children. Take exactly as prescribed and do not exceed the
recommended dose. Tadalista cannot be recommended in patients who were warned against sexual activity due to heart
problems. Do not take with other medications for treatment of erectile dysfunction if your doctor did not advise you
the other. Avoid taking with high-fat food and alcohol as it may make Tadalista action less effective. Inform your
doctor if you have sickle cell anemia, myeloma, leukaemia, or any deformation of your penis, severe renal or hepatic
impairment.
Contraindications
Tadalista is contraindicated in individuals concomitantly treated with nitrates as it may lead to sudden and
life
threating drops in blood pressure.
Possible side effect
Side effects to the medication may include headache, myalgia (muscle pain), back pain, dyspepsia (indigestion),
heartburn, flushing, running nose, general blurriness of vision, inability to distinguish blue and green colors,
diarrhea, and urinary tract infections. Lowering of the dose can minimize the effects.
Less frequent side effects are rashes on the face, increased sensitivity to light, chills, loss of balance,
chest
pain, and weakness, migraines, abnormal liver function, colitis, dry mouth, gingivitis, heart failure, increased
heart
rate, low blood pressure, fainting due to a drop in your blood pressure, and the formation of blood clots.
Drug interaction
Never take Tadalista with any medication which contain nitrates for example ones to treat angina such as
nitro-glycerine (in form of tablets, ointments, sprays, skin patches or pastes) isosorbide mononitrate and
isosorbide
dinitrate, or recreational drugs ("poppers") such as amyl nitrate or nitrite.
Missed dose
The medication is taken when needed. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Overdose
In case of suspected overdose seek for urgent medical attention.
Storage
Keep at room temperature in a dry tight container out of reach of children and pets. Do not store after the
expiration term.
