Common use
Proscalpin tablet is an effective medicine used to treat Androgenetic Alopecia in men. This drug works by
preventing further hair loss and increasing hair growth. Finasteride is the active ingredient used in this medicine.
It stops the production of the Dihydrotestosterone hormone that causes excessive hair fall or baldness.
Dosage and direction
The medicine is available only as oral pills. You should take the Alopecia tablets only after consulting your
physician. They are usually taken as a single dose daily. The medicine shows benefits after three months of
continuous
use. If you discontinue the consumption of Proscalpin, it might reverse the effect in about 12 months. You should
not
crush, chew or break the tablet and take it as a whole. It is better to take medicine at the same time every day.
Precautions
Avoid taking Proscalpin if you are allergic to Finasteride. It might show allergic reactions like trouble
breathing.
Avoid taking medicine if you have a history of prostate cancer.
You should strictly avoid Proscalpin in pregnant and lactating women.
Contraindications

Missed dose

dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not take your dose twice.
Overdose
If you think you have used too much of this medicine seek emergency medical attention right away. The symptoms
of
overdose usually include chest pain, nausea, irregular heartbeat, and feeling light-headed or fainting.
Storage
Keep the medicine at room temperature between 15℃ to 30℃. You should keep it away from sunlight and moisture.

should keep it away from the reach of kids.
