Common use
Baclosign is used to treat muscular symptoms including rigidity, tension, and stiffness that can occur as a
result of a variety of illnesses such cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, motor neuron disease, or head, brain, or
spine damage.
Dosage and direction
Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and duration of this medicine. Take it all in at once. It
should
not be chewed, crushed, or broken. Baclosign tablet should be consumed with food.
Precautions
Baclosign causes significant drowsiness, so any activity that require increased focus and alertness like
driving
or operating machinery should be avoided while taking this medication.
Caution is advised for use of Baclosign in pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Baclosign should also be cautiously used by patients with kidney disease, epilepsy, stroke, rheumatic disease,
cerebral palsy (neurological disorder), Parkinson's disease, and a psychiatric condition such as schizophrenia or a
confusional state.
